Magna Bay RV Resort is up and running at full tilt!  With summer here and the great weather, the resort is alive with all of the RV'ers enjoying the amenities offered at the resort including the beach, the boat launch, the day dock, the picnic areas, the fully renovated washrooms & laundry room and so much more!  Welcome to the new Magna Bay Resort  . . . the best kept secret in the Shuswap!

Things are looking good!  Services are in; sewer, power and water!  With the recent addition of cedar hedges, sod, and decorative rock work, the Magna Bay Resort is closing in on the final completion.  We are open every Saturday and Sunday from 1-5pm from now until the end of June.  From that point on you will see us onsite 6 days a week!

Now that the frost is out of the ground the development of the Magna Bay Resort is full steam ahead. Installation of the services is coming along beautifully. Come on out and see first hand as we will be holding open house on the Easter long weekend. Open house hours:

We just kicked off our selling season and found great success in Edmonton with 4 fresh sales!  Please view the site plan at the top of this page to see the current availability.  Our pre-completion pricing is currently in effect but as the sales increase the Developer will be calling me to increase the prices.  Be sure to lock up your RV lot soon to ensure you are taking advantage of these unbeatable prices!  The development is moving right along with the completion of the amenities building and the start of the laundry facility.  We are still on track for a May 31st completion!  

The development of the RV lots is rolling right along through the winter months. The exterior of the amenities building is now completed and the inside will be finished soon! The laundry facility is next, and as spring approaches the developer will resume installation of the services. Be sure to check back to see the progress month to month! We are on track for the anticipated completion of May 31, 2014.

With the winter months upon us, work has turned from completing underground services to constructing the amenities building.  The amenities building with exercise room, pool table and an electronic gaming area for the kids is sure to provide endless hours of fun. Can't wait to see it all in action! After winter, the developer will be resuming the underground servicing in time for the May completion of the Magna Bay Resort.
